Return & Refund Policy

At HARMONY HERB SDN BHD, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality dried flowers, dried fruits, tea leaves, nuts, and related products. If You are not completely satisfied with Your purchase, We are here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days from the date You receive Your Order.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions should be met:

  • The Goods must be returned within the 30-day return period.
  • The Goods should be unused and in reasonably good condition.
  • The Goods should be returned with original packaging whenever possible.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, receipt, or invoice, may be required to process the return.

We reserve the right to inspect returned Goods before approving a refund.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

If the cancellation request is received within the 12-hour cancellation period and the Order has not yet been processed, the Order will be cancelled and any eligible refund will be arranged accordingly.

Cancellation requests submitted after the 12-hour period may not be eligible for cancellation if order processing has already begun.

Late or Missing Refunds

If You have not received a refund after approval:

  2. Contact Your payment provider or financial institution.
  3. Allow sufficient processing time as financial institutions may require additional time to complete the transaction.
